Office Coordinator (H/F)
Mission en intérim : Du 6 janvier 2025 au 12 février 2025
Tâches:
- Mise en place d'une approche de travail collaborative et collective afin d'assurer la fluidité et l'efficacité dans la mise en œuvre des processus au sein du Service Desk Office avec les autres services support.
- Mise en œuvre opérationnelle de la transformation des locaux : déménagements, demandes de travaux, maintenance locaux, interventions externes, etc.
- Gestion opérationnelle des locaux : réception (en ce inclus accueil téléphonique ou physique, gestion du courrier, ouverture des bureaux en cas d'oubli de badge), mise à disposition de fournitures, gestion de la safe-room (selon les mêmes modalités qu'aujourd'hui), gestion des salles de réunion, on-boarding des arrivants côté gestion des locaux, achats/approvisionnement en lien avec le périmètre défini, catering (y compris le café et mise en place du catering dans salles de réunion).
- Travel & Services à la personne (traduction, proofreading, transcriptions, etc…) ;
- Contribution à l'amélioration continue des services offerts
- Ainsi que toutes autres tâches liées à la fonction.
Formation :
- Bac +3 ou équivalent.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la fonction.
Compétences comportementales :
- Attitude orientée clients et service aux clients internes et collaborateurs.
- Capacité de s'organiser, fiabilité et confidentialité
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Orientée solution et résolution de problèmes
Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des outils informatique MS Office.
- Capacités rédactionnelles.
- Compétences organisationnelles et administratives.
Langues :
- Français, Anglais courant.
- Allemand et Luxembourgeois constituent un avantage.
