We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Front Office Coordinator at Le Grand & Associates Luxembourg.
Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Support Associate to take on a leadership role in managing front-desk operations, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Call Management: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently; manage voicemail and respond to inquiries.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Document Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and ensure secure document distribution.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Help with Invoicing: Provide support with financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Multitasking and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Languages: Fluent in English, with French being a plus and any additional languages an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €40,000 to €50,000 per year, along with a benefits package that includes a meal voucher and health insurance.
