we are looking for an Account Executive in BENELUX to play a vital role in expanding our customer base by proactively working with potential clients in BENELUX.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospects, showcasing the value of TaxDome's solutions, and driving sales through different communication channels.

We're seeking an individual who is passionate about technology, SaaS, and excels in building and nurturing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets within the French market.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, including tax professionals, accounting firms, and other relevant businesses, through outbound prospecting efforts and inbound lead followup.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of TaxDome's software solutions, effectively communicating how they meet the needs of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and goals to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and support sales efforts in the French market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position TaxDome's offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update client information, and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Our expectations:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales or a related field.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the tax industry or experience selling to tax professionals/accounting firms is preferred but not required.

Work format:
independent contractor, full-time, CET

Compensation:
USD per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base compensation.
