HI Partners is seeking an Administration Officer to join our reputable firm in Luxembourg.

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operations of the organization.

Fluency in Luxembourgish, German, and French is mandatory for this role.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various projects and initiatives.

It is important that you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing a comprehensive assessment of the invoicing procedure in the aftersales department
  • Thoroughly examining and finalizing invoices for warranty orders
  • Developing a professional working relationship with service consultants, workshop managers, and accounting personnel
  • Maintaining strict adherence to the manufacturer's specifications and procedures

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Luxembourgish, German, and French (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
