- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch relatiebeheer en de adviesdiensten aan onze klanten.
- U verhoogt de winstgevendheid van de klantenrekening en zorgt voor het behoud van deze business op termijn.
- U beheert de zakelijke relatie met de klant proactief en positief. Daartoe communiceert u regelmatig met bestaande klanten om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen.
- U zet accountstrategieën, presentaties en andere vormen van communicatie met de klant in.
- U creëert nieuwe klanten door middel van netwerken en diverse andere prospectiemethoden.
- U houdt rekening met de behoeften van bestaande en potentiële klanten door relevante bronnen te onderzoeken en te gebruiken.
- U presenteert geschikte producten en diensten aan klanten op basis van hun eerder vastgestelde behoeften.
- U neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige levering van de dienst aan de klant en waarborgt te allen tijde de integriteit van die levering.

**Profile**
- U heeft mínimaal 5 jaar verzekeringservaring in een commerciële makelaarsomgeving: succesvol klantenbeheer in klantenservice, accountmanagement en beleggen.
- Door uw ervaringen heeft u uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie, presentatie, klantenservice en teambuildingvaardigheden ontwikkeld.
- Frans is je moedertaal en je hebt een sterke beheersing van. Je hebt ook een uitstekende kennis van het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je hebt een diploma in verzekeringen, financiën, rechten of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Je hebt een uitstekend vermogen om je te concentreren op het leveren van uitzonderlijke klantenservice terwijl je werkt in een snelle omgeving met veel volume en met mínimale supervisie.
- Je bent in staat om in een collaboratieve omgeving te werken en je ondersteunt je collega's.
