Junior Administrative and Legal Assistant : The Function
- Managing daily administration, calendars coordination and communications (emails, postal letters, calls) for 3 jurists/Corporate officers
- Prepare, format and finalise various types of documents and their appendices : letters of intent, contracts or amendments
- You will be responsible for archiving legal documents
- Acting as a liaison officer with the relevant authorities to ensure the compliance of administrative and legal activities : annual RCS order, apostille production
- Providing administrative support to the corporate, legal and accounting teams
Junior Administrative and Legal Assistant : Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor in Business Administration or in Law
- Proficient in French and English is mandatory for this position
- You have excellent writing skills and are extremely thorough
- A previous experience (1/2 years) in a similar position within a PSF, fiduciary, Service provider or law firm in Luxembourg is an obligation
- You are described as committed, team player, capable to manage several tasks at the same time
