Legal a
nd Administrative Assistant**Our client is a UKbased Private Equity boutique looking to add a Legal and Administrative Assistant to their team of 5 in Luxembourg.
You will report to the Legal Officer and assist in all aspects of corporate secretarial matters, as well as in various administrative tasks for the office.
Your r
esponsibilities:
- Assisting the Corporate Secretary with AML / KYC requests.
- Maintaining [the entity tracker system], the database for bank accounts and signatories.
- Supporting the Corporate Secretary in ensuring that clients are onboarded successfully and efficiently.
- Drafting minutes, board documents, and other miscellaneous documents for the company's entities.
- Assisting the Corporate Secretary with signings and execution of miscellaneous documents.
- Supporting the Corporate Secretary on ad hoc tasks
- Administrative responsibilities: assisting with daytoday office management, including office supply orders, device orders and inventory, office insurance, scanning and filing documents, courier management, etc.
- Providing occasional office management support to the Paris office.
Your profile:
- Experience in administration in Luxembourg (1 or 2 years)
- Fluency in English, with either French or German as an additional language
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Organized
- Flexible
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist on all matters
- Eagerness to learn
