Description du Poste: HR Officer (Intérim)
à propos de notre client :
Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise basée au Luxembourg, qui souhaite renforcer temporairement son équipe RH. Dans le cadre de cette mission, nous recherchons un(e) HR Officer en intérim pour une période de 3 à 4 mois, avec possibilité de renouvellement ou d'évolution vers un CDI.

Type de contrat :
Intérim (3-4 mois, renouvellement possible)
Date de début :
Début septembre (période de handover prévue)
Missions principales :
- Gérer l'administration du personnel en collaboration avec l'équipe RH.
- Participer activement à la gestion du Système d'Information des Ressources Humaines (SIRH).
- Contribuer aux processus de paie en coordination avec le/la Payroll Officer.
- Fournir un soutien opérationnel dans la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines sous la supervision du/de la HR Manager.
- Utiliser et maîtriser les outils bureautiques pour accomplir les tâches administratives.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience requise de minimum 2 ans dans un poste similaire au Luxembourg.
- Connaissances solides des processus de paie et des systèmes SIRH.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Très bon niveau de français (écrit et oral).
- Niveau d'anglais minimum B2. Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un avantage.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à s'adapter rapidement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et sens du détail.
