To replace an employee who is absent for a long period, LHH has been mandated to recruit a
**Customer Service Representative.** This job offer is for a
** one-month temporary contract.** The contract will be
**renewable **each month until the person returns.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues to maintain long-term business relationships
- Escalate to resolve customer issues
- Act as a point of contact to resolve customer issues (e.g. billing, shipping, etc.) and improve service
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve performance
**Your Profile**:
- You can demonstrate a general understanding of how to identify and measure current customer needs
- You are able to show a working knowledge of canvassing and information gathering techniques; identify appropriate sources of information
- You are able to work as part of a team
- ** Junior profiles are welcome**:
- You must have a good command of the Pack Office
- You are able to keep your cool in tense situations
- ** You are fluent in french and english**
