Our commitment to superior service, product expertise, and innovation has been pivotal in achieving double-digit growth annually over the last 6 years. To reinforce our Customer Service Team, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative, speaking perfectly German & English.
Within a multicultural and dynamic team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you are the main point of contact of our customers in Germany & Austria. You are accompanying them in their entire journey with us and make sure they receive an excellent service, in line with our DNA.
Your main tasks will include:
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims,)
- Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with them. You make sure they feel in good hands
- Process all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requests
- Coordinate with the customer the follow-up of leads that we transfer to our key customers
- And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs
- You are perfectly business fluent in **German & English. **Any other European language will be a big plus.
- You have a strong experience as Customer Service Representative within fast-moving environment
- You can handle stress
- You can manage several tasks at the same time
- You know how to use MS Office and you are at ease with IT Tools in general
- You like teamwork;
- You are flexible - we are a small team where helping is key
- You are definitely a nice personwe are
