VENEZ NOUS REJOINDRE Nous recherchons un “customer sales representative” pour complèter notre équipe de Luxembourg aéroport.

En tant que customer sales representative, vous serez responsable de:

- Accueil clientèle
- Rédaction des contrats
- Contrôle des voitures après la location
- Répondre aux questions des clients - gestion journalière des mails
- Donnez un service excellent aux clients afin qu’ils se sentent bien d’avoir loué chez Hertz.
- Vous êtes aux premières loges pour servir nos clients

Ce que nous demandons:

- Parler couramment 2 langues (FR/EN)
- Prêt à travailler en shift
- Une personne dynamique, souriante et où la priorité est le client.
- Impérativement un permis de conduire B
