- Manage the company files daily to ensure that all relevant documents are correctly filed on a timely basis
- You will prepare the relevant corporate documentation **:KYC documents/Bank account opening**:
- ** Drafting agreements** and contracts using approved company templates
- Be the point of contact for external partners : banks, notaries, various administration and ensure the optimum continuity of working relationships for all corporate topics
- You will prepare the clients **board meetings**
**Senior Corporate Officer : Your Profile**

- You are fluent in **English** with good command of **German** (any other language will be a plus)
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, Economy or any other relevant field
- The tasks of a Senior Corporate Officer in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Customer-service oriented, extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
- You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
