**Head of Corporate - Human Sized Team, Attractive Salary**

We are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Department for a well-established fiduciary in Luxembourg. Our client is a human-sized company offering the opportunity to join a healthy and supportive environment composed of around 20 professionals.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Legal - Law - Manager - Corporate M&A - Lawyer**
- You will be **managing** a team of around 10 people, ensuring annual evaluations and recruiting new team members when needed, in close collaboration with two other colleagues.
- You will be responsible for **monitoring** team performance and identifying areas for improvement in order to optimize efficiency.
- You will contribute to **business development** by maintaining strong client relationships and proactively proposing services.
- Alongside your managerial responsibilities, you will remain involved in **operational** tasks, such as reviewing corporate documents and drafting complex documentation when required.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Legal - Law - Manager - Corporate M&A - Lawyer**
- You have **at least 10 years** of experience in Luxembourg within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary or a PFS, which allows you to fully understand the needs of this position.
- Being fluent in **English** is essential to communicate efficiently with colleagues, third parties, and clients.
- You are well **organized and proactive**, enabling you to meet deadlines and handle all aspects of your role (operational tasks, client relationships, and management).
