**Senior Fund Lawyer - Global Law Firm, Human-Sized Team**

My client is a leading international law firm established in Luxembourg for less than 10 years, but with a strong global presence. They are a **Tier 1 firm**and have as a result developed an impressive client base, which is in the Investment Fund department composed of Alternative Funds, Asset Managers and so on.

The law firm is particularly well known for its expertise in Investment Funds, but also in Banking & Finance, Tax Law, Corporate Law and Commercial litigation.

The Luxembourg office operates as a human-sized team of **around 20 team members**, offering a professional, dynamic, and approachable environment. The lawyers benefit from direct access to the partners (with whom they work directly on the files), frequent interactions with other offices worldwide within the network, and continuous learning through high-level clients and the trainings offered.

Furthermore, located in Luxembourg City center, the office provides an excellent accessibility and the option to benefit from free parking, contributing to a comfortable commute and no time nor money wasted in finding parking.

**Your Responsibilities**|** AIF - UCITS - Law - Legal - Avocat - Funds - Fund Lawyer - Fonds**

- You advise international clients on the structuring, set up, and operation of investment funds, including AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs, and SICAVs.
- You draft and review fund documentation and any other agreements for example that may arise in the context of your clients’ lifecycle.
- You handle interactions with the CSSF and coordinate with any other third parties.
- You provide guidance and supervision to junior team members, and are therefore the first person they turn to if they have questions. You work closely with colleagues from other offices on cross-border matters for example.

- You have obtained a Master’s degree in Law and you, generally speaking, have an exemplary academic background.
- You have **at least 5 years of experience** in Luxembourg in an Investment Fund department of an international law firm or in a reputable Luxembourg practice.
- You have full professional proficiency of English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of AIFMD, Luxembourg fund structures, and regulatory requirements. You are motivated by an international environment with high standards, while appreciating the benefits of a human-sized office culture.
