**Corporate Officer : The Function**
- You will draft, track, and check corporate legal documents.
- Preparing contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Responsible for organizing board meetings,drafting board minutes and resolutions.
- Liaising with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks.
- Supporting seniors to prepare draft and legal documents, from A-to-Z full company life cycle.
- Preparing the statutory forms with the CSSF
**Corporate Officer : Your Profile**
- You hold a **Master's degree** in business law or in a similar field
- Previous experience of **3-5 years** in a corporate officer position in **Luxembourg** is mandatory for this role
- You speak fluently **French** and **English**, knowledge of **Italian** will be a plus
- You have good communication skills and are keen to learn and **develop professionally**.
