**Office Manager/AML Officer : The Function**

  • Monitoring and organising day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage correspondence and documents
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of AML/KYC policies and procedures.
  • Carry out the necessary checks (screening) and complete AML/KYC files in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse transactions to detect any suspicious activity.
  • Prepare the necessary reports in the event of suspicion.
  • Maintain and update customer and transaction records in the management system
  • Carry out in-depth analyses of client companies to assess risk and compliance
  • Collect and organise relevant data for the management and monitoring of client files

**Office Manager/AML Officer : Your Profile**

  • You hold a **Bachelor's degree** in business administration or in a similar field
  • Fluent in **French** and **English** is mandatory for this position
  • You are described as well-organized, curious with some initial experience in financial services
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus
