**Job Type(s)**:CDI Permanent Contract**Location(s)**:Luxembourg - LuxembourgFor a renowned international organization, infeurope is looking for a Call Desk Officer (F/M) join its team in Luxembourg with strong communication skills.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for the international customers of a prestigious International Organisation in Munich, Germany
- User guidance on the organisation webpage to ensure applicants and companies understand the patent procedures
- Customer data management and maintenance in various data management tools
**Your Profile**:
- Fluency in German and English (French would also be an advantage)
- Preferably previous experience in customer care or hospitality
- Passionate about customer care and ability to work in a dynamic customer service environment
- Ability to pick things up quickly and wants to learn new things
- Customer focused with experience of managing complex enquiries
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional, diverse and international team
