We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Receptionist able to help us cover staff in case of absence.
**Cover for Reception Desk**
Temporary Role (irregular hours)
Required as soon as possible
**Job Purpose**
- To ensure a welcoming, professional and informative first contact with the School.
- To organise canteen orders to the catering company.
**Your Tasks**:
- To answer visitors/calls queries and forward to the corresponding contact person.
- To ensure all visitors/contractors are properly signed in/out, get badge/sticker and access the School premises either fully security cleared or accompanied.
- Be ready for fire evacuation or lockdown.
- To distribute incoming mail.
- To oversee the reception area is welcoming and organised.
- To manage the weekly canteen orders from parents to the canteen provider and communication with staff and students regarding access to the canteen.
- To escalate any issues in a timely manner.
**Your Profile**:
- Proficient in English. Any other langue will be an asset.
- Experience with working in a Reception Desk.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Computer literate: Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
- Flexible and Service minded.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cover (Supply) who can work irregular hours on an ad hoc basis and sometimes at a short notice.
