**About**

We - Netregie Sarl - a medium-sized IT consulting partner in Luxembourg, are looking for a new colleague for our Agent of Call Center project team.
The position is carried out in a French-speaking environment with many other nationalities. Fluency in Luxembourgish, German, and English is imperative. Any other fluent language (e.g. Dutch) is an advantage.

**Mission**:

- Setting up the call center and work organization, as well as updating procedures.
- Answering telephone calls from end clients
- Respond to requests for information, complaints, or support in relation to the WebApp portal for legal entities.
- Propose simple, clear, and effective solutions with a view to providing impeccable customer service.

**Profile**

Skills required:

- **Initial experience in a client service role involving telephone interaction (call center agent/service desk), familiar with call management techniques and IT tools.**:

- An interest in new technologies and the technical/IT side is key.
- An interest in the financial sector (retail & corporate banking, Funds).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and flexible environment (varied working hours)
- Be client-oriented and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- You have excellent verbal communication skills.
- **Fluency in written and spoken Luxembourgish, German, French, English, and Dutch is essential.**
