We are looking for a Private Desk Officer to work in the team of one of our clients located in Luxemburgo
**Missions**

The Private Desk Officer provides a strategic advice to bankers and straightly to clients.

One of the main purposes of this role is to guide the other jurisdictions bankers to give

a better service to their clients. The Private Desk Officer has also to develop an own

portfolio of direct clients or clients introduced by IFAS from all jurisdictions.

**Key Requirements**
- Higher education (min BAC+3) in Finance
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Languages: English and Spanish - mandatory, French - an asset

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process instructions coming from other jurisdictions managers and bankers,

and from clients like providing statements, execute orders or any other

requirement
- Coordinate with Credits/Risk in order to maintain duly updated Credits,

minimize/monitor clients’ Credits portfolio and seek for new leverage

opportunities
- Coordinate with Client Admin and Compliance to duly remediate existing

accounts and improve quality of our flies in order to minimize audit’s

points/issues
- Coordinate assessment from Luxembourg in order to optimize clients’ portfolios

and improve negative or low ROAs from accounts
- Improve NNM from other jurisdictions taking and active roll helping other

bankers and prospects make new clients easier.
- Prospecting IFAs and Life insurance companies in Luxembourg through all the

Fiduciaries in Luxembourg in order to increase new clients and NNM.
- Prospecting new other references in order to improve PD own clients.
