Officer - Dealing Desk (M/F/d)

On behalf of our client, a successful Asset Manager in Luxembourg, we are hiring an “Officer - Dealing Desk (M/F/d)”.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and processing of different error reports as well as final executions of trades placed with relevant counterparties
- Verifying dealing instructions in line with compliance policies (AML/KYC)
- Overviewing incoming client transactions from investors and opening registered accounts with counterparties
- Placing fund orders in accordance with the cut-off times, procedures and otherprovisions defined in the fund ́s prospectus
- Updating static fund data in database
**Your profile**:
- Profound knowledge of different fund structures and the fund industry in general with a professional experience of at least 3 years
- Familiar with the alternative investment fund business will be an advantage
- Constant focus on quality and client service
- Quick understanding of dependencies of different IT systems
- Fluency in English and German is an essential, any other language is considered as an asset
- Good skills in Bloomberg, Xact, SIX and FundControl will be an advantage
