We are a nimble AIFM based in Luxembourg, managing a diverse portfolio of real estate investment funds across Europe. As part of our growth, we are seeking a Financial Controller & Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in financial controlling and reporting within the real estate investment sector, working closely with senior management and conducting officers.

**Job Description**:
As a Junior Financial Controller & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations, reporting, and controlling functions of our European real estate funds. Under the supervision of Conducting Officers, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to the overall financial management of both the funds and the management company.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory reports for the real estate funds under management.**:

- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Monitor fund performance, track key financial metrics, and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts.**:

- Coordinate with external service providers, such as auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors, to ensure compliance with regulatory and tax reporting requirements.
- **Assist in preparing management reports, including financial performance analyses, cash flow projections, and other ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders.**:

- Help ensure compliance with Luxembourg and European financial regulations, including the preparation of required filings and reports.
- **Support the Conducting Officers with the implementation of internal controls and processes to improve efficiency and mitigate financial risks.**:

- Other Compliance Responsibilities: Contribute to additional compliance-related tasks, such as regulatory audits, risk management processes, and ensuring adherence to financial reporting standards.
- **Work on ad-hoc financial and operational projects to support the growth and operational efficiency of the company.**

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.**:

- 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally within financial controlling, reporting, accounting, or audit.
- **Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with accounting and financial reporting software is a plus.
- **Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS is a plus).**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (French and/or German is a plus).
- **Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.**:

- A proactive attitude, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory reporting requirements is an advantage but not mandatory.**
