To face a business development trend, we are currently looking for a Financial Controller (M/F/x). This is a great opportunity to join a rewarding and international environment.
Our client is an investment management company, focusing on Private Equity at a European level. The company has been operating for more than 15 years and has raised more than 4 billion through its different funds. Since its creation, the company has successfully made more than 40 investments across Europe, and will continue to invest in profitable and responsible investment opportunities with strong growth potential.
ACTIVITY
Control the Funds;
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the companies;
Improve on a continuous basis the financial processes and financial controlling tools;
Detect and solve potential financial issues;
Liaise with service providers to the companies;
Contribute to the production of the quarterly and annual accounting and reports in collaboration with the Fund's administrative agent and Management Company's team members;
Forecast and monitor future cash flows of the companies;
Monitor and provide support to Luxembourg tax calculations/liabilities/tax risk exposure for the companies; and
Other projects so as to ensure the smooth running of the Funds' structures.
PROFILE
Minimum 4 years of experience in an investment manager / fund administration / Financial Advisory
Fluency in English, French is a plus
Master degree from a Business or Engineering School
CFA / CAIA is a plus
Very good command of Excel
Strong Analytical Mindest / details oriented
Problem solving
Strong focus on detail Hardworking and motivated to deliver high quality products (reports, presentations, etc ) Ability to track deliverables in a dynamic environment.
