A** financial service** firm who specialises in **real estate funds** are looking for a **senior financial controller** to join their team in **Luxembourg.**
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Leadership at Its Finest**:As second in command to the Director of Fund Administration, you will lead, oversee, and support a talented team of 6 to deliver top-notch service to Luxembourg real estate funds.
- Master of Reporting: Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting? You’ve got this From **Lux GAAP to US GAAP, IFRS, Tax, INREV, and TGER**, you’ll be the expert and guide the team.
- Connect with the World: As the key **communicator**, you’ll bridge the gap between internal brilliance and external stakeholders—clients, auditors, and beyond. Your charisma will be a secret weapon.
- People Whisperer: Supervise, train, and coach the team to reach new heights of **efficiency and effectiveness**. Your leadership will be the catalyst for greatness.
**Key Requirements**:
- An accounting degree and/or professional accounting qualification.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in real estate accounting fund accounting, with a solid grasp of GAAP, IFRS, and INREV.
- Effective people management skills—a true team motivator.
- Problem-solving prowess and impeccable time management.
