Our client is a leading investment firm managing nearly 1 billion in assets, supporting entrepreneurs from early-stage startups to growth-phase businesses, primarily in sustainable production methods in the agriculture field but not exclusively. Founded by industry pioneers, our client is known for its strong vision and expertise in its domain. With an international presence and a fast-growing structure, the firm maintains a flexible, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture.
To support its expanding operations and funds/AIFM creations, our partners are looking for a Senior Fund Financial Controller to take charge of fund reporting, financial processes, and tax, as well as audit-related matters. This role involves overseeing financial statements, managing relationships with fund administrators, GPs & LPs, and auditors, ensuring accurate tax filings, and maintaining smooth financial operations.
The position also requires hands-on involvement in budgeting, cash-flow management, and automating numerous financial processes. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in finance, fund accounting, or financial controlling, with a strong ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
This role could be based in Paris, Luxembourg, and/or Brussels and comes with great incentives on top of a strong bonus and attractive incentive scheme.
