Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your peers in our local finance teams (Switzerland, Netherlands) in managing the main KPIs, the creation of a budget, mid-term plans and regular forecasts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and run the analysis of monthly performance
- Based on this analysis, propose actions to improve/optimize the financials
- Contribute with your experience in developing or improving controlling processes
- Be involved in projects and ad hoc analysis for specific topics
Your Profile:
- University degree in Applied Economic Science, Business Administration, Business School, or a similar degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position (controlling, audit - consulting), knowledge of the financial industry would be a plus
- A real sense of figures which is highly pronounced
- Business fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is very important)
- You are self-driven, analytic, result-driven and a problem solver
- Capacity to meet the closing deadline in a fast-changing environment
