**CTG PSF is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector.**
**We are currently hiring a Call desk Agent - German speaking (M/F) for our Internal Services.**
**Your missions**
- In charge of **user support**: you are the first point of contact for users.
- You are in charge of **encoding and resolving tickets** in the tracking software.
- You **dispatch the tickets** to the expert teams if necessary.
- You are able to respect the contractual call deadlines.
**Your profile**
- You are fluent in **French, German and English**. Knowledge in Luxembourgish is an asset.
- You are able to use a computer as well as the usual office tools such as Microsoft Suite.
- You have a **first experience or interest in the IT field**.
- Knowledge of **ticketing tools** is a real asset.
- You appreciate **teamwork** and working in an **international environment**.
