**_ Senior Legal Secretary_**_ - Your Role :_**

As a **Legal Secretary**, you will be a key part of a small, **dynamic team of four**. You will work closely with attorneys and manage essential client and administrative processes. If you have a passion for organization, client communication, and attention to detail, this role is perfect for you. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Organizing and managing client files** and administrative records.
- ** Opening and encoding client files** into the firm's system.
- ** Reviewing and processing invoices** for internal departments.
- Acting as the **primary point of contact for clients** regarding invoicing queries.
- ** Answering calls** and providing front-line support to clients.
- ** Providing legal documentation assistance** to attorneys on an ad-hoc basis.

- ** At least 5 years of experience** working as a Legal Secretary, **mandatory within a** **law firm**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Word** and **Excel**.
- Fluent in **French** and **English** (bilingual level).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Excellent interpersonal and **client communication skills**.
- A proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and **attention to detail**.
