**_ Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer _**_- Your Role :_**

They are looking for an experienced **Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer** to join their growing practice. This position offers the chance to take on **challenging and diverse cases**, advise prestigious clients, and contribute to the strategic direction of our firm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert legal counsel on **banking and finance matters**, including regulatory compliance, transactional support, and contract negotiation.
- Manage complex financial transactions and lead discussions with clients and counterparties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development activities.
- Work with international teams to handle multi-jurisdictional issues.

**_ Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer _**_- Your Profile:_**
- At least **6 years of experience** in **banking and finance law**, ideally with exposure to cross-border transactions.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on financial regulations.
- Fluent in English; **German language skills** are a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to work in a boutique setting.
