Legal Secretary - Your Responsibilities
- You will be at the office reception: you will take calls, greet clients, receive mail
- You will schedule meetings and agendas
- You will manage the invoices (management of all the invoicing follow-up)
- You follow up on the different files
- You communicate with all internal teams
Legal Secretary - Your Profile
- You have **1 or 2 years' experience** in a similar position
- You are fluent in **English**. Knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset
- You are a team player and you like to help others
- Previous experience in a **Law Firm, Big4 or Service Provider** will be considered an asset
Legal Secretary - Our Offer
- A salary of up to **50,000€ gross** per year, as well as other benefits
