Senior Associate - Corporate Law - Stable Law Firm

As part of our collaboration with a Law Firm in Luxembourg, that cares about the family oriented atmosphere, we are looking for an Associate Corporate Lawyer who wishes to work within an international structure.

The firm was established almost ten years ago and currently employs 10 people in Luxembourg, and has settled strong relationships with renowned and well known clients.

You will have the opportunity to join a **team of 10 employees** consisting of colleagues specialized in Corporate and Fund laws. Although you will be joining a structure working with international clients, you will have the real feeling of working in a law firm that values each of its team members, and where you will be able to develop your technical knowledge and have the possibility to move up to a Partner position.

To organize your professional and personal schedule the best way possible, you will have the possibility to work from home, on a regular basis, and benefit from a greater work-life balance than usual international firms.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Senior Associate Corporate Lawyer - Law Firm - Corporate**
- You will work on a client portfolio of corporate clients**, **both local and international.
- You must keep abreast of new legislative changes.
- You will follow up on client requests via physical meetings or conference calls with the Partner of the company and offer them complete advice in order to respect the high standards of the law firm.
- You will have to **draft and participate in complex closings**.**

- You have at least **5 years’ experience** as a Corporate Lawyer in an independent or international Law Firm in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in French and English, any other language, such as Italian and German, would be considered an asset.
- You are **ambitious** and have the desire to develop both technically and in the hierarchy.
- You are **independent** in handling your tasks.
