They are currently searching for a Legal Secretary to strengthen their existing team. The team is small enough so everyone knows each other, allowing close collaboration in the support team, but also with the lawyers and partners.
Established in Luxembourg for numerous years, our client enjoys a great reputation on the Luxembourgish market and abroad, offering a high-level expertise to its clients. Its fields of legal expertise range from Litigation to Corporate Law, Investment Funds, Banking & Finance and more.
The firm’s location in the heart of the city is perfect to enjoy good food and going shopping during lunch breaks, and of course to enjoy an easy commute. If you use public transport, the office is easily reachable by bus or tramway, which allows you to avoid parking spot issues or traffic jams.

- You will welcome clients both over the phone and in person.
- You may arrange travels, business lunches including restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, hotel accommodations.
- You will prepare the meeting room and ensure that everything is ready for the meeting.

- You have **at least 1 year** of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg, allowing you to have already discovered this type of environment and its way of functioning.
- You are a good listener and take time when you work, which helps you to limit mistakes.
- Fluency in **French** and **English** is a prerequisite, whereas any other language is a plus.

- You will receive an **attractive salary** of **up to € 67,000** gross per year (depending on your level of experience), along with meal vouchers, insurance and a bonus.
