Pour notre département _Relations Clients LG_** **au sein de **LuxairTours**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Customer Care Agent - CDD 6 months (M/F)_**
**_Missions :_**
- Réceptionner, envoyer un accusé de réception et encoder les courriers de litiges adressés par les clients Luxair & Luxair Tours et autres
- Etre l’interlocuteur principal en interne pour toutes questions de litige en relation avec les voyages
- Dispatcher les points de réclamations importants aux départements concernés en vue d’améliorer la prestation.
- Gérer les compensations/dédommagements des clients selon la législation et les procédures en vigueur
- Occasionnellement proposer le cas échéant une compensation/dédommagement alternatif selon le cas de figure au supérieur hiérarchique
- Répondre dans un délai raisonnable en garantissant la qualité et l’image de marque de Luxair
- Assurer un support pour les tâches administratives du Customer Service Center
**_Profil requis:_**
**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste _**
- Posséder un diplôme de BAC + 2 ou équivalent
- Avoir une première expérience dans un service clientèle
- Maîtriser parfaitement l’anglais, le français et l’allemand (écrit)
- Maîtriser le luxembourgeois (parlé & écrit)
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants
**_ Critères souhaités ou à acquérir_**
- Se référer au tableau de formations
- Etre polyvalent et maîtriser les programmes et les procédures spécifiques de LuxairTOURS ou LuxairAIRLINE
- Etre autonome et avoir de bonnes capacités relationnelles
- Avoir un esprit analytique et disposer d’une bonne capacité de médiation
**_ Candidat idéal_**
- La connaissance du luxembourgeois ou de toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout
