Inflight Supplies and Sales Agent

For our department _Ventes_** **within **LuxairServices**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Inflight Supplies and Sales Agent (M/F/x)_**
**_Main duties:_**
- Assist clients to understand their needs and provide catering products and services accordingly (Luxair and other airlines, internal departments, external clients, Catering events and their supervision, etc).
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure accuracy of processed catering orders.
- Regularly update customer information, catering orders and related data in SAP
- Maintain the Catering E-shops.
- Assist in organizing catering at outstations and negotiate with catering suppliers.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure and improve the efficiency of the Catering department.
- Assist the department and act as backup support.
**_Required profile:_**
**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Be holder of a bachelor’s degree (Bac + 2) or equivalent experience
- Have an experience in the area of activity
- Be structured, self-disciplined and have a good analytical mind
- Excellent communication skills and a good team spirit
- Excellent skills in English (spoken and written) and in either German or French
**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- Interested in aviation
- Able to work with SAP
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team and to improve processes
- Proven experience in airline catering, inflight service and or experience working with food & beverages
- Customer-oriented with an understanding of their needs
- Solution-oriented mindset with excellent operational problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and influence skills at all levels, both internally and externally
- Knowledge of French, Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered as asset
