Booking Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, supporting our co-owners by managing their flight needs and ensuring a smooth, reliable and premium service experience. By working closely with internal teams, you will help keep operations running efficiently and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business continuity.

With over 25 years of experience and more than 500 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, maintenance, and training.

Based in Luxembourg, Jetfly Aviation is the fractional ownership arm of the Jetfly Group. We operate a fleet of 70 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24), along with the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision and exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience,  exclusively for over 450 co-owners across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advice our co-owners with their questions and requests (information, flight booking, problems, …)
• Make reservations for our co-owners based on their various requirements.
• Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Sort out any issues, diagnose and find solutions concerning any querys.
• Communicate in an effective way with all concerned departments (Flight Planning, Operations, Pilots, etc.).
• Maintain a high quality service to our co-owners.
• Ensure an organized follow-up of incoming emails and calls.
  

Profile

• A first successful experience with relational/commercial responsibilities and exposure to high ranking customer.
• An excellent level of English and French, German or any other European language is considered as an asset.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to details.
• Team work minded.
• Ability to work under pressure and to work flexible hours according to operations needs.
