For our department ATO within **_Luxair Crew Training Department_**, we are looking for a (an):
**_HR Administrative Agent M/F/X_**
**_Responsibilities:_**
The Human Resources Administrator will be part of the Luxair Crew Training Department, and will assist the Head of ATO Office (Division of Pilots training) in the daily administrative and Human Resources tasks
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office by generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, organizing interviews
- Assist in the preparation of trainings for the department
- Screen incoming phone calls and assist external partners when required
- Act as contact point for the department towards all internal partners
- Anticipate the needs of others and demonstrate initiative
**_Required profile:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Must have ability to effectively utilize MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Act with attention to detail, delivering accurate work within timeframes and Service Level Agreements
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking is a must
- Show the capacity to work under pressure and deal with unforeseen and urgent issues
- Be able to identify problem and be committed to action identified issues
- Be able to handle highly confidential material on a continuous basis in an extremely professional manner
- Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
- Show excellent communication skills in English (oral and written), good level of French, Luxemburgish and/or German is considered as an asset.
