Booking Agent

**About the role** We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, supporting our co-owners by managing their flight needs and ensuring a smooth, reliable and premium service experience. By working closely with internal teams, you will help keep operations running efficiently and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business continuity. **About Us** **Jetfly Group** is a leading European private aviation group headquartered in Luxembourg. With over 25 years of experience and more than 500 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, maintenance, and training. Based in Luxembourg, **Jetfly Aviation** is the fractional ownership arm of the Jetfly Group. We operate a fleet of 70 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24), along with the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision and exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience, exclusively for over 450 co-owners across Europe. **Responsibilities** - Assist and advice our co-owners with their questions and requests (information, flight booking, problems,) - Make reservations for our co-owners based on their various requirements. - Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation. - Sort out any issues, diagnose and find solutions concerning any querys. - Communicate in an effective way with all concerned departments (Flight Planning, Operations, Pilots, etc.). - Maintain a high quality service to our co-owners. **Profile** - A first successful experience with relational/commercial responsibilities and exposure to high ranking customer. - An excellent level of English and French, German or any other European language is considered as an asset. - Excellent command of MS Office. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Attention to details. - Team work minded. - Ability to work under pressure and to work flexible hours according to operations needs. **Jetfly’s offer**: - The role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and see your work directly contribute to the success of the business. - You will work in a fast-paced environment. - The location of the company will allow you to reach it easily by public transport or by car (Luxembourg airport). - A compensation package that includes meal vouchers, private health insurance, parking spot, 26 days of vacation. - The working schedule is a "morning/day/evening" shift (nights excluded) over all week days (including Sundays and legal holidays). 4 days ON / 2 days OFF - Last but not least, a fun, multicultural, professional and collaborative work culture where we guarantee that there is never a dull day.
