Then, this opportunity might be of interest to you Our partner, a prominent Holding company in Luxembourg City Centre, is recruiting a Paralegal to join a team of 11 collaborators. The company is active in PE/RE and infrastructure investments worldwide.

You will be able to support dynamic team members from the Legal, Corporate, and Tax departments. Contribute to the mission of the firm and their team by providing comprehensive support in terms of administrative and secretarial duties.

**Your Responsibilities **|** In house -Paralegal - Holding - PFS**
- You advance the team by collecting signatures and handling various documentation (board minutes, contracts & agreements, shareholder resolutions, etc.).
- You engage in information management, by processing physical and digitalized documentation for the team.
- You are in charge of managing company records and keeping RCS and RBE records up to date.
- You support the teams by liaising with Directors and other internal stakeholders.

**Profile and Career Path **|** In house -Paralegal - Holding - PFS**
- You must possess at least 2 years of experience in Luxembourg. Experiences in Law Firms and similar International environments are of rigor.
- You speak and write French and English fluently.
- You are familiar with Legal & Corporate jargon and proceedings.
- Your detail-oriented personality and rigorous working style are strengths of yours.
- You are reliable and organized and your advanced interpersonal skills inform your careful use of tact, discretion and perceptiveness.

**Offer **|** In house - Paralegal - Holding - PFS**
- You will receive a salary of **up to 65 000€ gross per year**. In addition to this attractive salary, you will benefit from a selection of fringe benefits, including meal vouchers, additional holidays (more than 31 days per year), health insurance, a pension plan, and a discretionary bonus.
