Your Responsibilities | In house - Legal Counsel - Holding - PFS

You will be in charge of supporting the Legal team in its efforts to initiate and lead day to day legal proceedings and develop new strategies in line with the law and regulations.

You offer legal advice for the holding, its parent company and may be asked to work on cases for the other subsidiaries of the company.

You engage in Legal and Compliance monitoring and contribute to anticipating process updates in accordance to recent legal regulations.

You support your peers in other departments on detangling complex cases and insuring business continuity.

Profile and Career Path | In house - Legal Counsel - Holding - PFS

You possess between two and five years of experience as Senior Associate or Legal Counsel in Luxembourg. Experiences in International Law Firms, PFS, Investment Firms or Management Companies are of relevance.

You have ideally, graduated from a university law degree.

You possess excellent language skills in English. As an engaging communicator, you write and speak comfortably in an international work environment.

You are pragmatic, savvy and work effectively in teams.
