We are looking for a **dedicated Paralegal** to join a boutique family office in Luxembourg, active across **retail, real estate, private equity, and investment funds**. You will become an integral part of a small, professional team that provides **legal, tax, financial, and wealth management services** to a global client base. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of corporate structures and transactions in a highly dynamic environment.

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the **Legal Manager**, you will support the Luxembourg office in managing its corporate entities. Your work will combine **corporate housekeeping, legal operations, and administrative support**, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the group.

**What You Will Do**:

- Assist in the creation and structuring of Luxembourg companies (holding, investment, financing).
- Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and prepare board meetings and follow up on action points.
- Maintain corporate records, including RCS filings and beneficial ownership registers.
- Support day-to-day legal operations of group companies.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance to internal teams.
- Coordinate with colleagues, civil-law notaries, and external counsel.
- Step in during busy periods or absences to ensure continuity of operations.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 8 years of relevant experience in corporate law, private equity, or related areas.
- Solid understanding of Luxembourg company law and corporate structures.
- Comfortable working in a **small, collaborative team**, with a flexible, hands-on approach.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and trustworthy.
- Fluent in english and french and an other language is a plus.
