We are currently looking for a new talent, willing to join a local and stable law firm as a Corporate & Paralegal Officer.
Located in the heart of Luxembourg City this firm combines legal and trust services for a wide array of international clients. The diverse client base of the firm comprised of financial entities regroups an important number of major SOPARFI/Holdings, PE/RE funds, as well as Securitization Vehicles. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Paralegal Officer - Law Firm - Fiduciary - Corporate

You will provide assistance on a portfolio of clients and will offer support to direct the corporate life of these entities from their incorporation all the way to their liquidation. These include a collection of SOPARFIs, Holding Companies, PE/RE & Securitization Vehicles.

You will be the main contact person for your clients and will be in charge of liaising with internal team members as well as third parties including banks, service providers, auditors, etc.

You also take on part of a series of administrative tasks, in order to assist the legal and accounting teams in maintaining deadlines and in attending to pressing matters.
