We are currently assisting our partner, which has an excellent reputation in Luxembourg and abroad, in their search for their future Legal Counsel that will join a team of less than five people.

This Holding’s activity is defined by investments in Private Equity, Real Estate and Alternative Investment which are handled by a total of 50 talents that intervene on Corporate, Legal, Accounting and Tax questions. Challenging and engaging transactions will make your daily routine interesting and also enable you to participate in the expansion of the structure.

Your Responsibilities | Holding - Legal Counsel - Legal - In-House

As Legal Counsel, you provide legal advice and have to act as point of reference internally for all legal questions and matters.

You will handle various and interesting transactions from the initiation to the closure, in close collaboration with other Legal Counsels and the Head of Legal.

Drafting and preparing legal documentations (contracts, agreements, transactional documentation) will be part of your daily activity.

As part of your future project, you will implement and follow up on legal policies and processes to manage any risky situations and operations.

Profile and Career Path | Holding - Legal Counsel - Legal - In-House

At least four years of experience is required for this position within a Luxembourgish PFS, Law Firm (in the Corporate M&A field) or AIFM, allowing you an autonomy and independence in your tasks.

You speak English fluently (written, speaking, reading) which will guarantee a good communication with other talents and external stakeholders.

You have a good team spirit and care about being able to work as a team.

Ideally, you have obtained a degree, Master or Bachelor degree, in Law, Finance or Business Administration.
