The team of around 10 collaborators is currently looking to fortify its Corporate Governance team with the addition of an experienced Corporate Legal Officer. This opportunity happens in an international context and multicultural work environment, as the firm is active in multiple jurisdictions and attracts a highly qualified and diverse workforce. You will contribute to the department’s mission of administrating the corporate and legal life of a series of companies and investment vehicles active in the PE/RE and infrastructure sector across the globe.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate - Legal Officer - Holding - PFS

You participate in the Corporate Governance department’s core mission: the administration of the legal and corporate life of the holding company, its subsidiaries as well as the active investment vehicles of the group.

You coordinate interactions throughout the entities lifecycle. From incorporation to liquidation, you are in charge of supervising transactions, updating statutory registries and frame the interactions with involved service providers.

You are in charge of facilitating and initiating corporate decisions by drafting legal documentation, this includes procedures relating to board and shareholder meetings and other corporate proceedings.

Your career within a service provider, management companies or a law firm in Luxembourg counts at least three consecutive years in Luxembourg.

You possess a solid level of English and are comfortable evolving in an international l environment surrounded by collaborators from diverse backgrounds.

Your meticulous, organized and pro-active personality constitutes a core strength and you thrive in dynamic environment.

Your detail-oriented and methodical working style allows you to thrive on complex case files and ambiguous circumstances.
