**Description**
- Examiner et analyser les procédures internes et en matière de ressources humaines afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et la cohérence.
- Raffiner et éditer les documents en anglais afin d'en améliorer la clarté et la cohérence.
- Collaborer avec les équipes RH, de conformité et opérationnelles pour valider les mises à jour et assurer l'alignement entre les départements.
- Identifier les simplifications potentielles ou les améliorations de processus dans les cadres actuels.
- Gérer le contrôle des documents afin de garantir que tous les documents reflètent les dernières versions approuvées.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gouvernance interne.
**Profile**
- Environ 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de la conformité ou de la gestion des processus administratifs, idéalement dans les secteurs de la banque ou de l'assurance.
- Forte compréhension des structures politiques internes et des procédures de l'entreprise.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé - capable de réviser, d'éditer et de peaufiner des documents avec précision.
- Souci du détail, sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en assurant la coordination avec de multiples parties prenantes.
- Esprit analytique avec une approche proactive et axée sur la recherche de solutions.
