**Description**:
Provides support for the day to day workflowacross a portfolio of activities including:
- Company research
- Quantitative analysis
- Process and project management
These services are provided to assist the organizationin achieving the intended outputs and outcomesof relevant initiatives and programs
Contribution to operational model concepts,documentation of concept
Maintenance of project management tools
Support of the project team / client counterparts
Typically up to 2 years of experience in the relevant operational area
Strong skills in a special area of operational value (CRM, Finance, Operations or Talent & Organization)
**Task and responsibilities**
Position Management is mainly responsible for the day-to-day realignment activities. In close relation with Euroclear and depositories your main tasks will be to process of transfer of securities between different custodians located on different markets throughout the world. Your role is to ensure all customers domestic deliveries and custody transfer requests are handled on a timely manner before the closure of different markets deadlines. Service-oriented and competent, you will handle all queries, from both internal and external parties.
- Process and monitor bridge realignments between Clearstream and Euroclear depositories
- Process and monitor domestic realignments between different safekeeping accounts at Clearstream agents
- Investigate realignment issues with depositories, Euroclear and internal parties
- Analyze and reconcile with Euroclear and depositories the open reconciliation items allocated to the team**Note: Work will be in shift mode: between 08:00 - 17:00 & between 10:30 - 19:30**
**Mandatory skills and experiences**
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). French, German or any other language are an advantage
- Experience in custody and securities settlement
- Good organizational skills, flexible
- Good analytical skills and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong team player in a multicultural and cross-locational environment
- Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, Team spirit
**Optional skills are**:
- Knowledge of Investment Funds settlement is an added value
