**Mid-Level Fund Lawyer - Reasonable Billable Hours, Homeworking**

As part of the law firm’s expansion, the **Investment Funds team** is seeking a **Mid-Level Fund Lawyer** to strengthen its expertise in AIF structures. **Your Responsibilities**|** Fund Lawyer - Legal - Funds - Avocat - Law Firm**

- **Advise** clients on the structuring, fund formation and management of Alternative Investment Funds under Luxembourg law.
- **Draft**, **review** and **negotiate** legal and fund documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with CSSF requirements, European directives and cross-border distribution matters.
- **Manage** **fund** **registrations**, approvals and communications with local and European regulators.
- **Collaborate** with **colleagues** across practice groups and jurisdictions on cross-border fund projects.
- **Contribute** to the **team’s** **growth** by **supporting** business development initiatives and publications.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Fund Lawyer - Legal - Funds - Avocat - Law Firm**

- Minimum **3** **years** of experience as a lawyer in investment funds law within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Strong knowledge of **Alternative investment Funds**is an absolute prerequisite.
- Fluency in French and English is required. German is a strong asset.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Proactive, organized and motivated, with a strong sense of **teamwork**.
