**Description**

Our client is seeking an experienced Alternative Funds lawyer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will:

- Provide comprehensive regulatory and legal counsel concerning the formation and structuring of Luxembourg alternative investment funds and UCITS.
- Offer guidance to Luxembourg management companies and AIFMs on their daily operational activities.
- Focus on supporting fund managers from the US, UK, and EU as they structure Luxembourg funds and broaden their operations in European markets.

**Profile**
- Holds a master’s degree in law, with a preference for those possessing an LL.M. as a beneficial addition.
- Has accumulated 5 to 7 years of experience within a distinguished funds practice in Luxembourg, specifically in the realms of structuring, establishing, and providing counsel on Luxembourg alternative funds, such as regulated and non-regulated private equity, debt, real estate, and infrastructure funds. Familiarity with open-end vehicles and UCITS will be considered a plus.
- Demonstrates robust analytical and drafting capabilities, is open-minded, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, is dynamic, and can work independently.

- Works well in a team setting and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Is fluent in English.
