Associate – Funds | Luxembourg
A leading international law firm in Luxembourg is seeking a talented Associate to join its Funds team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with partners and high-profile clients, while contributing to innovative legal strategies in the fund space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle regulatory matters, including fund setups from structuring to complex closings, investor due diligence, and legal opinions.
- Support the setup of MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries, or Fund Administrations.
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers and contribute to innovative strategies.
- Work in a structured and supportive environment that encourages professional development.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Registered with the Luxembourg bar or another EU bar.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in funds law, or significant in-house experience in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory legislation and fund operations.
- Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate with regulators and clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual, fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
- Organized, autonomous, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
