POSTE
Analyse et résolution de problèmes (1er et 2ème niveaux)
Installation et configuration des postes de travail (hardware & software)
Assistance téléphonique aux utilisateurs internes pour toutes questions relatives à l'environnement informatique
Enregistrement et contrôle de l'inventaire du matériel informatique
PROFIL
Formation ou formation continue dans le domaine de l'informatique ou similaire
Bonnes capacités de communication et plaisir du contact avec les utilisateurs
Bonne connaissance de l'allemand et du français (parlé et écrit)
Proactivité, flexibilité et résilience dans des situations stressantes
Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et de vous intégrer dans une équipe existante
Une première expérience professionnelle dans un poste comparable est un atout
