Stagiaire Service Desk IT chez ING
En tant que Stagiaire Service Desk IT, vous aurez l'opportunité d'apprendre et de contribuer aux opérations quotidiennes de support informatique chez ING. Ce rôle est conçu pour vous offrir une expérience pratique en gestion des services IT et une exposition à des projets internationaux dans un environnement dynamique.
Un stage de 6 mois débutant en janvier 2026. Veuillez noter que seuls les étudiants pouvant fournir une convention de stage valide (convention scolaire) seront considérésCe que vous apprendrez et réaliserez :
- Servir de premier point de contact pour les employés d'ING ayant des questions ou des problèmes liés à l'informatique.
- Fournir un support de premier niveau via notre système de tickets et assister sur site pour les incidents et demandes.
- Apprendre à diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes courants liés aux postes de travail, matériels, logiciels et impressions.
- Participer à la configuration, installation, maintenance, déplacement et mise à jour des PC sous supervision.
- Comprendre comment escalader les incidents et demandes vers le support de second niveau ou d'autres équipes si nécessaire.
- Aider à la mise à jour et au suivi des tickets dans notre outil de gestion des services IT.
- Contribuer à la gestion du cycle de vie du matériel IT et aux contrôles d'inventaire des actifs informatiques.
- Participer à des projets internationaux et migrations, pour découvrir les opérations IT globales.
- Collaborer avec les équipes sur des initiatives locales et globales.
Profil recherché :
- Intérêt pour l'informatique et volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
- Connaissances de base de Microsoft Windows et Office 365 (un plus).
- Familiarité avec des concepts IT tels que réseaux et gestion des incidents (un avantage, mais pas obligatoire).
- Bonnes compétences en communication en français et anglais (toute autre langue est un atout).
- Organisé(e), motivé(e) et désireux(se) de développer des compétences techniques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Une première expérience ou des certifications (Microsoft, ITIL) sont un plus, mais non obligatoires.
